We as Modulari want you to be a happy customer! Despite our utmost care to produce and deliver everything as perfectly as possible, you may not be satisfied.
If we have not kept our promises with regard to quality (the product has obvious material or manufacturing defects) or if the goods you have purchased are defective, you can inform us of this by filing a complaint to customer service at [email protected] containing: the order number, a brief explanation of your complaint, plus a photo.
Our support team is available from Monday to Friday during office hours. Outside office hours we cannot guarantee a quick response. You can also contact us via Facebook and Instagram.
We will then search for a suitable solution together.
Right of withdrawal
We are legally obliged to draw your attention to the following. The right of withdrawal means that you always have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days (without stating reasons) (ie to cancel the purchase).
The withdrawal period starts from the day the order is delivered.
Exception of right of withdrawal
